To be cleaned and framed according to your taste, be sure to look at the photos. Antique painting oil on canvas J. Sulpice Aroffe in Chatenois Rouvres en Xaintois. Built in the first two decades of the 16th century, the church of Aroffe was apparently completed in 1528, a date found on one of the now-missing stained glass windows. Surrounded by the old cemetery, the church is constructed in a rectangular plan with a bell tower located to the West and a pentagonal apse to the East. The nave features Gothic windows with designs consisting of two trilobed lancets topped either with quadrilobes, or mouchettes, or droplets, or trilobes. B Maurice VECKER, artist painter. He notably exhibited at Crédit Lyonnais in Nîmes, from April 1 to 30, 1998. Classical works from 1920 to 1984. The painter is of Lorraine origin and has donated several paintings to the European ecological center established since 1978 in the Cévennes. Maurice VECKER exhibited during his lifetime in Paris and Nancy and was especially known for his still lifes and his illustrations of the Napoleonic campaigns.
