Is a painter of origin. Having spent most of his life in italia and france where he settled permanently in 1934. In 1968, Richard was awarded the International Grand Prize for Painting. He is a self-taught artist with a very personal style, a painting of light and shadow that are often juxtaposed blonde and brown to create an atmosphere of mystery.

The "naked" richards are not shocking with the oil, which preserves only refinement and elegance. He was a prolific painter who created oil paintings of gypsy dances and musical scenes, market scenes, portraits of women with hats, nudes and paintings of still life in bright colours.
