He is a student of the Académie Julian and the École des Beaux-Arts in Pierre Laurens' workshop, and later follows the teachings of Maurice Denis and Desvallières. He exhibits at the Société nationale des Beaux-Arts, the Salon des Indépendants, the Salon du Dessin, as well as in numerous galleries.
