Beautiful religious painting depicting an event from the Passion of Christ - The Agony in the Garden of Olives. A biblical scene that takes place just after the Last Supper, where Jesus prays before his arrest, visited by an angel offering him a chalice to drink as acceptance of his destiny. Large format: 85 x 56 cm. Interesting composition and a lovely color palette. The colors have remained fresh.
