Old oil painting on canvas depicting soldiers in front of an inn in a snowy village. This painting is as found on its original stretcher and canvas. It shows an old restoration under the sign and two holes, visible in the photos.

This painting will need restoration. It bears the signature of P. Barnet or Barret in the lower left corner. It is presented in a black lacquered molded wood and stucco frame, with some missing parts.

Period painting from the late 19th century. Dimensions of the painting: Length: 61 cm - Height: 48.5 cm.
