Payment must be made no later than five calendar days from the order or auction. Otherwise, the item will be considered unsold and re-listed. After purchase, we may need to request the customer’s details of a document (ID/Passport/Driver's License) to issue the invoice in accordance with Italian tax laws. The collection warehouse is open Monday to Friday. Friday; from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. In case of customer pickup by courier from our warehouse, the packaging provided, at no extra charge, is simple (cardboard and plastic film).
