Dimensions: 37 x 42 cm with the frame, 24 x 19 cm the panel. He began studying with his father Jean Marie Jacomin, then at the Swiss Academy and the School of Fine Arts; he exhibited at the salon of the artists' society in 1867 and became a member in 1883.
